Terms of Service
Last updated: May 9, 2026
1. About these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of kaanamedigital.ca (the "Site") operated by Kaaname Digital ("we", "us"). By using the Site or contacting us through it, you agree to these Terms.
2. Use of the Site
The Site is provided for general information about our services. You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access, or to interfere with its operation.
3. Inquiries and bookings
Submitting the contact form or booking a consultation does not create a contract for services. Engagements only begin once both parties sign a separate written agreement (or scope of work) covering deliverables, timelines, and fees.
4. Pricing and fees
Any pricing shown on the Site (including service tiers and onboarding fees) is in Canadian dollars and is intended as a guideline. Final pricing is set in your signed engagement and may change for custom scopes. Onboarding fees are billed at signing and are non-refundable once work has begun.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including the Kaaname Digital name, logo, copy, and imagery — is owned by us and protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce or use it without our prior written permission.
6. Third-party links
The Site links to third-party tools (such as Google Calendar). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.
7. Disclaimer
The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes from marketing services; results depend on many factors outside our control.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kaaname Digital is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability in connection with the Site is limited to CAD $100.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
