Who we are

Kaaname Digital ("we", "us", "our") is a digital marketing agency based in the Greater Toronto Area, Ontario, Canada. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through kaanamedigital.ca.

What we collect

• Information you give us through the contact form: full name, business name, email address, and how you heard about us.
• Booking information when you schedule a consultation through our Google Calendar link (handled by Google).
• Anonymous click events we use to measure conversions: the event (e.g. "booked consultation"), the page path, referrer, browser user agent, and a timestamp. We do not store IP addresses or cookies tied to you personally.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and follow up about a potential engagement.
• To improve the website and understand which pages and CTAs perform best.
• To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations once you become a client.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Service providers we use

Some trusted vendors process data on our behalf, under their own security and privacy commitments:

• Supabase — secure database hosting for contact form and event data.
• Google Calendar — appointment booking when you schedule a free consultation.
• Cloudflare — content delivery and DDoS protection for the website.

Your rights

Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act(PIPEDA), you can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email danon@kaanamedigital.ca and we will respond within 30 days.

Retention

Inquiry data is kept for up to 24 months unless you become a client, in which case we retain it for the duration of the engagement plus the period required by applicable tax law. Anonymous click events are retained for up to 24 months.

Changes

If we materially change this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, contact you directly.
